Colonia Felina located in Calle de la Barca, in Madrid. We are a group of 25 kittens, constituted and registered as Colonia Felina before the Madrid City Council. We are controlled by the CER method (Capture-Sterilization-Return), and our caregiver maintains a strict protocol for our daily care.
