We are a charity that looks after suffering animals in greece.we are currently feeding approximately 3000 dogs who live in shelters ( thessaloniki komotoni koani,giannitsa) where the animals are cared for with food and medical attention and where the dogs are also spayed and neutered whenever possible.Due to the sheer numbers of dogs in need we also rely heavily on foster places which we also have to pay for.for all this and more we are in desperate need of help!

Wir sind ein gemeinnütziger Tierschutzverein - primär für sog. Listenhunde - die wir in unserer Anlage in Köln betreuen. Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt hier bei Hunden, die aufgrund ihrer nicht so schönen Vergangenheit kaum Vermittlungschancen haben. Zusätzlich betreuen wir noch einige ältere und kranke Hunde, die sich auf Endpflegestellen befinden. Wir erhalten keinerlei öffentliche Gelder, finanzieren uns ausschließlich aus Patenschaften und Spenden.

Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. In dieser Gruppe möchten wir versuchen Margarita Fuchslein in Russland zu helfen, welche über 100 Katzen und einige Hunde versorgt. Zusätzlich versucht sie anderen Menschen zu helfen, welche ebenfalls Tiere versorgen. Hier ist Hilfe dringend nötig, da die nötigen Gelder für Kastrationen, med. Behandlungen, Futter, usw. an allen Ecken fehlen. Für nur einen Euro können viele Menschen mit dazu beitragen, dass die so nötigen Kastrationen und med. Behandlungen durchgeführt werden können.

There is no understanding from the federal government and local authorities in this regard, funds will never flow sufficiently here. Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs. We are committed to growing and plan to build more ranches to accommodate more dogs.
