Le refuge Les Amis Des Bêtes, situé à Romagné (35), recueille chaque année entre 450 à 600 animaux : chiens, chats et petits mammifères abandonnés, perdus ou maltraités. Depuis 1988, notre équipe de 4 salariés et 20+ bénévoles se bat chaque jour pour leur offrir soins, sécurité et une seconde chance.

La Fondazione Ana Bella è una rete di donne sopravvissute che aiutano 2000 donne maltrattate all'anno a rompere il silenzio e iniziare una nuova vita con un lavoro decente. Per noi un euro mensile è il miracolo che ci ha portato ad ospitare la prima donna nella casa di Ana Bella dieci anni fa, ad avere una rete di 8 case di accoglienza in cui ospitiamo ogni anno 20 donne che sono state maltrattate per iniziare ad essere felice con i loro figli. The association La Ferme des Rescapés, created in 2009, is located in the south of France (Lot department), on an organic farm. Managed by two women, it saves hundreds of farm animals and companions abused, abandoned, destined for slaughter or euthanasia. Its farm of 29 hectares is a haven for the 600 survivors: cats, dogs, horses, ponies, donkeys, chickens, sheep, goats, Nac ... There is no reproduction.

Close to Liberia's capital Monrovia, Martha Dewellie, a 54 years old Liberian teacher, has founded this home for Orphans over 30 years ago. Nowadays 19 babies, children, teenagers and young adults are living together as a family. The Orphanage consists only of a common room, a bedroom for boys, one for girls and latrines. There's no access to electricity or running water and they struggle for food and clothes. Recently a basic school was built, which still misses teaching material, chairs..
