Unser gemeinnütziger Verein wurde 2004 gegründet. Wir kooperieren mit verschiedenen Tierschutzorganisationen in Spanien und vermitteln deren Hunde nach Deutschland. Ein besonderes Anliegen ist es für uns, die Situation der Galgos zu verbessern. Diese Hunderasse wird durch Menschen ausgebeutet, gequält und jährlich werden allein in Spanien Zehntausende Galgos getötet. Wir tun alles, um diese wundervollen und sensiblen Hunde aus den Tötungsstationen oder von der Straße zu retten.

Seit Jahren ist Carmen im Tierschutz tätig. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Ursachenbekämpfung der miserablen Situation der Tiere in Spanien. Immer mehr kam sie zu der Überzeugung, dass es nicht ausreicht, sich vom Ausland aus zu engagieren. So packte sie Anfang 2014 ihr gesamtes Hab & Gut und wanderte nach Sevilla, Spanien aus, um vor Ort ein eigenes Tierheim, Asociación Parenas ES, zu eröffnen. Sie arbeitet Tag für Tag mit vollem Einsatz für all die in Not geratenen Tiere.

Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

Este grupo nació con la salvación de Ivanka, una perra rescatada de la perrera. Por suerte fue adoptada en muy poco tiempo por Inma y vive actualemente en Barcelona. Se ha mantenido este grupo y el dinero recaudado va destinado a la Asoc. Protectora de Zafra. EL refugio de Brown, y en concreto para los perros rescatados de la Perrera de Zafra. Gracias a todos. Galgos del Sol is a non profit charity located in Murcia, Spain. We are dedicated to rescue abandoned and injured galgos to rehabilitate them and find them forever homes in different parts of the world. Thousands of galgos are abandoned or killed each year at the end of the hunting season. Necesitamos ayuda para mantener a mas de 250 animales, entre perros y gatos. Tenemos que cubrir gastos veterinarios, alquiler de refugio, medicamentos, suministros, material de limpieza, comida, etc. No recibimos ayuda de ningún organismo público, sobrevivimos gracias donativos y eventos solidarios.
