This is a non-formal education project that aims to promote active citizenship and knowledge and understanding of children's rights. The methodology used is an adaptation of the Children's Parliament, published by the NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY NETWORK organization and started in India by Father Edwin Maria John in 1998. It consists of creating circles of children and young people who actively engage in debate and seek solutions to their problems.
