La enfermedad mental en África En el continente más pobre del planeta, sin cobertura pública sanitaria, sin apenas hospitales psiquiátricos, las familias recluyen a los enfermos mentales en su propia casa o optan por encadenarlos a la intemperie. La mayoría prácticamente no ingiere alimentos. La Asoc. Saint Camille de Lellis en el año 1993 inicia la actividad más difícil y a la vez más extraordinaria: liberar, curar, rehabilitar y reinsertar, social y laboralmente, enfermos mentales.
