L'association CHIENS SANS FRONTIERES a pour but de venir en aide aux chiens abandonnés d'AZERBAIDJAN . L'argent récolté permettra de soigner, nourrir et sauver les chiens de notre refuge à Bakou. Pour notre association, recueillir un chien représente un budget très important qui n'est couvert par aucune subvention en Azerbaidjan. Chaque chien recueilli est automatiquement pucé et vacciné, s'il est en âge, il est également stérilisé.
