We are responsible for the management of the feline colonies of La Cistérniga (Valladolid). We apply the CES method (capture-sterilization-release) to control its population and avoid poisoning, feeding responsibly for the benefit of cats and avoid discomfort to neighbors. We also monitor their veterinary status and periodically de-worm them. We rescue sick/wounded and abandoned cats to provide the necessary care until we find a home.
At Callejeritos La Cistérniga, we are dedicated to the welfare of the community cats in our town through ethical and responsible management. We implement the TNR method (Trap, Neuter, Return) to control the feline population, prevent abandonment, and reduce risks such as poisoning. We provide responsible feeding to ensure the cats’ well-being and promote peaceful coexistence with neighbors. Our volunteers also carry out continuous veterinary monitoring: we regularly deworm, treat sick or injured cats, and rescue abandoned ones to give them the care they need and a chance at a loving home. Our goal is to create harmony between humans and felines in La Cistérniga.
