HAR is an NGO with headquarters in Bucharest, Romania and a shelter with over 300 dogs and 50 cats. The vision of HAR is to reduce the multiplication of the undesirable animals through neutering/spaying actions. WE NEED YOUR HELP!‼update:82 dogs and 13 cats now‼ I have more then 70 dogs + 10 cats in my care and manage to feed more then 30 dogs from forest + steets.. We ask for HELP, because im alone without an organisation in my back. We need food, toys, deworming and antifleea, blankets and beds, warm clothes for dogs and help to pay vet treatments. Ihr möchtet den Hunden in Valcea, Rumänien helfen, habt aber schon so viele Projekte, dass ihr nicht noch ein weiteres Projekt unterstützen könnt? Diese Aktion ist für alle die gerne helfen würden, selbst aber keinen Hund aufnehmen oder mit einer größeren Summe finanziell helfen können. For 2014 we have been helping Stibis' dog paradise, in Public Shelter Galati, where 1500 dogs "live". These dogs do not have anyone and so you need us. We make sure enough food is available on site and have already saved many dogs. We also castrate, we let dogs provide medical care, etc. Therefore, we are grateful to YOU for any help. We also have 50 dogs waiting for paid foster homes in Romania for your chance. Please help us so that we can continue to help
