ProDogRomania ist ein eingetragener Verein, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Leben und Lebensqualität der Hunde in Rumänien (Baile Herculane und Ploiesti) zu schützen. Wir, die Glücksfellchen Tierhilfe e.V., haben uns die Hunderettung sowie Hundevermittlung zur Aufgabe gemacht, deshalb vermitteln wir Hunde aus Rumänien von verschiedenen Tierschützern vor Ort, die wir auch finanziell unterstützen.

Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. Unser gemeinnütziger Verein wurde 2004 gegründet. Wir kooperieren mit verschiedenen Tierschutzorganisationen in Spanien und vermitteln deren Hunde nach Deutschland. Ein besonderes Anliegen ist es für uns, die Situation der Galgos zu verbessern. Diese Hunderasse wird durch Menschen ausgebeutet, gequält und jährlich werden allein in Spanien Zehntausende Galgos getötet. Wir tun alles, um diese wundervollen und sensiblen Hunde aus den Tötungsstationen oder von der Straße zu retten.

We work together with 2 animal shelters in northern Portugal and have set up a puppy station there. We rescue and adopt dogs from Portugal. There are many emergencies, many dogs that need to be rescued, many dogs that need urgent help... There are many bitches with puppies that are abandoned... Many puppies that are disposed of in the garbage... Many dogs that are no longer wanted .. The animal shelters are overcrowded... We urgently need donations to care for the many dogs...

"Seelen für Seelchen" is a volunteer-run organization that supports two animal shelters in Romania. We care for a total of approximately 250 dogs. All of these dogs require feeding, neutering, vaccination, and medical care. In addition, we conduct neutering campaigns to curb this suffering in the long term. And, of course, we also arrange for suitable, healthy dogs to be adopted in Germany. Please help us help.

Daniela Knezevic and Nadine Bartel lead the Kitten Safe House. They usually take on injured street cats, kitten thrown into the trash or abandoned cats. Try to look after them well and give them in good hands. They also look after feeding sites and catches the cats for castration. There are at least 60 cats in her house, all of whom need food, medicines, cat litter and medical care. This all costs money, you can help us to support Daniela and her crew!

Die Situation der Straßenkatzen auf Gran Canaria ist nach wie vor traurig. Unser Ziel ist es, durch Kastrationen zukünftiges Katzenelend zu verhindern, Straßenkatzen Würde zu geben und mit artgerechter Fütterung Katzen gesund zu halten sowie die tierärztliche Versorgung sicherzustellen.
