From a family project, we created an NGO to support an orphanage in Burundi. We rebuilt basic facilities, hired local staff (€150/month), and send medicine, food, and powdered milk. Since June 2025, we’ve been providing training and salaries to women caregivers. We’re improving nutrition and childcare. Help us give these children a chance!
We help the MUGABEKAZI W'INGO Orphanage in the Nyabiraba parish, Gishubi, in Burundi, which houses over 100 boys and girls. According to the United Nations, Burundi is ranked among the 5 poorest countries in the world, which means the orphanage has very few resources. We have someone there, Melissa, who visits the orphanage and purchases food and powdered milk (the babies have no one to breastfeed them), with a monthly expense of €2,000, over half of which goes towards the milk. We need you, TEAMERS, to continue buying these supplies and give these children a chance in a country with very high infant mortality. With 150 teamers, we cover Melissa's salary. With 1,000 teamers, we can guarantee powdered milk for the babies.

Estimados TEAMERS
desde este mes de junio nos hemos hecho cargo también de las cuidadoras de los niños. Serán 10 en total. Cada mes recibirán un salario, además de la manutención. Y empezaremos un proyecto de formación para ellas, con la idea de mejorar el cuidado de los niños.
Por eso más que nunca, gracias por vuestro apoyo.
