La Asociación de Voluntarios por el Bienestar Animal de Láchar y Peñuelas (AVBA) es una asociación granadina sin animo de lucro en pro del bienestar animal y la tenencia responsable de mascotas. Nuestro objetivo es que todos los animales sin hogar tengan una vida digna; para eso, necesitamos tu ayuda.
Since we've had our shelter in Lachar, we've been able to rescue and house several hundred abandoned, injured and sick cats. At any one time, it is home to 30-40 cats. Some are young and healthy, others are old with chronic illnesses; some are friendly and cuddly, others less so. But what they all have in common is that without your generous help they wouldn't have a safe place to live, nor food, nor veterinary attention whenever needed. Thanks to you, these cats have been able to have a happy and dignified life, and the opportunity to learn that not all humans are bad. The rent for our premises costs us €300 a month (plus utility bills) and to cover it we don't receive any support from the town hall nor grants from the state. Without donations there would be no shelter, so a thousand thanks to all of you!

Desde hace un par de semanas tenemos un local que nos sirve de sede, almacén y, sobre todo, refugio para nuestros amigos felinos. Poquito a poco, vamos transformándolo en un hogar cómodo y divertido para nuestros gatos de rescate mientras esperan que una familia los adopte. ¿El único inconveniente…? Los 300€ mensuales de alquiler.
Necesitamos 300 teamers para ayudarnos con este gasto importante. ¿Te animas? ¡Apúntate ya!

Es tan importante que entre todos ayudemos..no tienen voz, nosotros si y hay que cuidarlos. Es una oportunidad muy buena que tengamos esto en nuestra localidad. No cuesta nada 1e y para ellos es mucho. Una ayuditaaa
