The Oktodon association was born from an observation: the Octodon degus is an unknown pet! Created in 2022, this non-profit association works for the protection, the recognition and the online information about the degus octodon. Indeed, the degu is still unknown to the general public, in particular on the care essential to its good health. This leads to abandonment, often in the wild.
