For more than 30 years we have been working for the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. They already suffer discrimination, but this last year we saw how it was accentuated by the arrival of telework, online training and the rise of the digital world. These past months, we have observed how the internet and new technologies serve as a tool to keep us connected to the world, a tool that is too complex to use for this group.
We believe that everyone has talent, and with the right support, people with intellectual disabilities can shine with their own light in the labour world. At AURA we promote Supported Employment, accompanying each person step by step so that they can train, grow and get a real job, inclusive and full of opportunities. buenos días, es una pena que el grupo teaming no se potencie mas.. Os propongo que en alguna reunión se pueda hablar de este grupo con los padres y hasta repartir algunas hojas explicando lo que es y como se puede dar uno de alta ;-) .
