After a long renovation, the first guest moved into the new hospice in January 2024. Lovingly designed, barrier-free single rooms, bright communal areas, a chapel, and views of nature create space for dignity, connection, and farewell. Hospice care is covered by health insurance, but 5% must be funded through donations. Additional donations support room design, cultural activities, bereavement care – and the egg liqueur on vanilla ice cream.

Here supporters of the social network NesoMi meet to support the projects with 1 € per month. The network includes the areas "Together instead of lonely" Vacation without return service" and "Vacation against hand". The big goal of NesoMi is that the idea of social interaction is anchored more in the consciousness of the citizens. We will then always give an account here on the site of what we have used the donations for.
