La Asociación Felina 4 Gatos Madrid se creo en diciembre del 2014 siendo oficialmente registrada en el registro de Asociaciones de la CAM con número 35434 en abril del 2015. L'associazione degli scrittori per il Sahara-Bubisher lavora dal 2008 nei campi profughi Saharawi (Tindouf-Algeria). Il nostro compito è focalizzato sulla creazione e l'implementazione di Biblioteche e Bibliobus per portare libri alla popolazione che vive nei campi di Smara, Ausserd, Bojador e presto, Dajla.
