¿Qué le ocurre a tu cuerpo si no funcionan las mitocondrias correctamente? pues que los órganos dejan de funcionar, se van perdiendo capacidades como andar, comer, respirar... la vida de la persona está en riesgo. Las enfermedades mitocondriales pueden afectar a cualquier persona y a cualquier edad. No existe cura en la actualidad, solo tratamientos paliativos. We try to meet the vital needs of people living in extreme poverty. At present hundreds of services are carried out daily in the Center and Social Dining Room and the Cas Vicari Family Assistance Center and Food Bank. They are given shelter, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, psychological attention, social technical attention, work orientation and a decent place where they can normalize their situation. La mitocondria es la parte de la célula donde se produce la energía. Cuando se produce un fallo en las mitocondrias se pueden ver afectados todos los organos y sistemas, poniendo en peligro la vida de quién los sufre. Los afectados suelen ser niños. éstas enfermedades son degenerativas y necesitan una investigacion para tratarlas. Desde la asociacion AEPMI luchamos con todas nuestras fuerzas para conseguir esa investigacion. nos ayudas?
