Somos una asociacion sin animo de lucro dedicada al rescate, recuperacion y entrega en adopcion de perros y gatos en situacion de abandono y/o maltrato.

Somos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro creada por estudiantes de la facultad de Veterinaria de la Universidad de Murcia a finales del año 2005. Esta iniciativa surgió debido a la cantidad de perros y gatos que nos encontrábamos abandonados y a los que nos veíamos “obligados” a buscarles un hogar digno donde recibieran el trato que se merecen.

Working since 2006 to improve the lives of those most in need. We are a very small association, only 2 people with 8 dogs and more than 30 cats in our care, most with special needs due to their age or chronic illnesses. We invest more than €1,500 per month in their maintenance, without subsidies or aid of any kind. Thanks to your €1, we can continue to fill their bellies every day and provide them with the veterinary care they need.

Santuario Vegan was born in 2011 with the purpose that we work for every day of the year: saving and protecting farmed animals. Thanks to your support, more than 300 residents: horses, donkeys, cows, bulls, sheep, goats, pigs and poultry were saved from a certain death. Here, they receive love, care and health treatment in a natural space away from exploitation.

Todo el dinero que recaudamos es para ayudar a los gatos que recogemos de la calle para alimentar, castrar, desparasitar, vacunar, etc..... MARA is in Mula, Murcia. We have a shelter for the animals until they are adopted. When they arrieve, we microchip and deworm them. After a week of quarantine, we vaccinated them. And a month later we castrate them to prevent pregnancies and fights in the shelter. This is a sanctuary to help abused & abandoned horses and other species. Live 64 equines and other animals in the sanctuary. The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands.
