San Patricio Foundation has been working in Turkana, NW Kenya since 2004, with a reception and schooling program for 60 girls at the St. Patrick’s Center in the town of Lokitaung. In 2021, Foundation join forces with the Manyatta Association to start a new project in the center: 1st Women's Agricultural Cooperative, which will help combat famine and malnutrition in the population, and will employ women and young graduates from the same center.

Fundación Amigos de Galicia mission is to serve people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, promoting their social and labor insertion. We have the vision of a social entity whose bastion are people at risk of social exclusion, paying special attention to children, the elderly who live alone and women in situations of vulnerability or gender violence.

Il vendait des bons de lotterie mais a perdu son emploi en 2010. Ils vivaient dans une caravane, mais ont acheté un appartement qui s'est révêlé être en très mauvais état. Depuis sept 2012 ils sont sans revenus. L'appart a été mis aux enchères mais ils vivent encore dedans.

Nearly 12 years of war in Syria have left a country devastated, and worse, millions of lives destroyed. But now a devastating earthquake of magnitude 7.6 hits the northwest of the country and the southeast of Turkey on February 6, leaving more than 4,000 lives in both countries.
