In Bosnia, by law, a captured dog must be euthanized after 15 days. During those 15 days, these poor innocent animals live confined in enclosures, in the cold during winter and under the scorching sun in summer, without food or water. But in Banja Luka, there are four angels who dedicate their lives to these creatures. They rescue stray dogs and cats, care for them, feed them, and with our support and help, they are brought to Italy to be adopted.
