Som una associació conformada per voluntaris i voluntàries, qui treballem per dignificar la vida de les persones refugiades i migrades tant a escala local com a escala global! Actuem a una Maternitat a Atenes que acull dones refugiades en situació de vulnerabilitat, als Campaments Sahrauís amb un projecte de millora del sistema educatiu a les escoles, al territori local amb accions de denúncia i xerrades de sensibilització, i amb enviaments de materials i menjar a diversos camps de refugiats.

Open Arms opens its arms to women, men, boys, girls and all those fleeing horror, looking for a chance. The humanitarian emergency in the Mediterranean does not stop and our mission is to protect the lives of the most vulnerable at sea, and on land continues. Working in schools on human rights and empathy and denouncing all injustices is our mission as well. From your hand we can prevent more deaths. We need each other. You are needed.

We are a small nonprofit association established in Spain as Asociación Española Habibi Center (www.habibicenter.org). We have been working in Greece since 2016 providing a safe space where refugee youth can participate in various educational activities through the English language (as well as preparing them for official Cambridge exams). In this space, our students also learn to express themselves and to acquire the tools necessary to obtain a brighter future.

1 in 5 children in Yemen suffer from acute malnutrition (2.3 million total). 500,000 are at risk of death. Families do not have money for the hospital or for necessary food. Under Yemeni pediatric supervision we take care of serious and difficult cases. We give milk, food, medicine, medical assistance, pay hospital admissions, etc., until their recovery or improvement. €1 pays for 1 day's worth of milk for 1 baby. Every €10 we buy 1 can of milk for 4 days.

We provide care and guidance to people living on the streets of Barcelona. We guide them towards a more autonomous life, covering their basic needs, providing social care and guaranteeing accommodation for those in the most vulnerable situations. We also work to raise awareness, denounce unjust situations and provide solutions to make #nobodysleepinginthestreet possible. Become a Teamer and collaborate by contributing 1 euro a month!
