La Protectora de Animales y Plantas Adopta Plasencia, es una asociación privada, independiente, apolítica y sin ánimo de lucro. Nace guiada por principios de altruismo y respeto a la vida, y abierta a toda aquella persona que desee colaborar. Adopta Plasencia pretende desarrolla actividades muy diversas en pro de los derechos de los animales, rescates, acogidas, adopciones, denuncias de maltrato, educación ambiental.

More than 500 patients and their families suffer intestinal failure in Spain. This pathology prevents them from feeding and hydrating themselves naturally. Therefore, they depend on a pump that administers the necessary nutrients intravenously and, sometimes, they need a transplant of up to 6 organs to survive. NUPA is the only national association of affected people. With your help, we will cover the needs of admitted families, providing emergency psychosocial support. Collaborate!

We are an association that under the idea that animal and human well-being are intimately related, we develop Bidirectional Aid Projects where vulnerable people become agents of change and develop work to help animals that are in shelters and sanctuaries as well as in recovery from natural environments, taking an active role and generating a positive impact on their environment, moving from needy people to necessary people.
