AdoptaUnAbuelo.org es un programa de voluntariado de acompañamiento para la tercera edad en residencias. Actualmente contamos con 114 voluntarios que acompañan a 57 mayores en 4 ciudades. Adopta Un Abuelo is the first app that connects generations, where young volunteers spend time with elderly people at risk of loneliness, making them feel heard, accompanied, and loved, while also learning values and life experiences. The goal is to increase social interaction for older adults and ensure they feel listened to, supported, and valued, while young volunteers gain meaningful lessons and values through their visits. With your help, we accompany elderly people every day. We are an independent foundation and do not receive government subsidies. Our work is sustained thanks to the support of individuals committed to caring for older adults.
