Association Against Child Sexual Abuse (ACASI) in Castellón

The objective of this group is to facilitate the implementation of the Association Against Child Sexual Abuse (ACASI) in Castellón and then be able to continue carrying out its important work of supporting adults who have been victims of CSA in our province, as well as prevention different social groups.

ACASI works on the one hand with Mutual Aid Groups on a fortnightly basis for those people who have suffered from CSA and, supporting each other, works to overcome them, and on the other hand, advances in preventive activity through the training of the different groups involved (children, parents, educators, social workers) through talks, courses, conferences and colloquiums in different locations in the provinces of Valencia and Castellón. The objective of this group is to provide resources to carry out their activity in Castellón.

Este año 2023 ACASI ha seguido trabajando en nuestra línea de acción consistente en, por un lado, continuar en Valencia con los Grupos de Ayuda Mutua quincenalmente para aquellas personas que han sufrido de ASI y apoyándose unos en otros trabajar en su superación, y por otro lado, avanzar en la actividad preventiva mediante la formación de los diferentes colectivos implicados (niños, padres, educadores, trabajadores sociales) a través de charlas, cursos, conferencias y coloquios en diferentes ubicaciones de las provincias de Valencia y Castellón. Contamos con vuestra ayuda para que 2024 sea un año especialmente activo en el campo de la prevención a raíz de que cada vez se habla más del tema de los ASI en los medios de comunicación.
