Abrázame is a network of families who believe that every child deserves to grow up in a loving home. From Seville, we work so that children under the care of the administration can find protection, companionship, and opportunities through foster care and supporting families. We also support young people leaving care and those in vulnerable situations, offering guidance, emotional support, and a human network that walks alongside them.
The funds raised will support young people in situations of extreme vulnerability, helping them overcome exclusion and build a dignified future. Many arrive alone, without family or resources, facing major barriers to accessing housing, education, or employment. Together with the citizen network MDlR, we create comprehensive support networks that guide them toward a more stable and independent life. We manage an emergency housing apartment providing safe accommodation for six young people in critical situations, covering their basic needs while they begin rebuilding their life projects. We offer educational and employment support, psychosocial assistance, and guidance in their administrative regularization processes. Our goal is for them to develop autonomy, access real opportunities, and feel part of a community that does not leave them behind. Every contribution helps open the door to a better future. Actualmente 5 chicos residen en el resurso de ayuda inmediata que gestionamos, un chico de Mali, un chico de Guinea, dos chicos de Senegal y un chico de Marruecos. Cada joven cuenta con un grupito de apoyo y de referencia que le acompaña en su proyecto vital, en sus estudios, en su aprendizaje del español, en su regularización, en la búsqueda de empleo....En esta red hay personas maravillosas capaces de ofrecer apoyo emocional a estos jóvenes que llegan a nuestro país sin nada y con el único objetivo de tener una vida digna.

La recaudación de este Teaming irá para financiar nuestro proyecto de ayuda a la emancipación de jóvenes extutelados para hacer más llevadera la incorporación a la adultez trás salir de los centros de menores con nulos recursos.
