This is Fred. He is only around 7 - 8 years old but in a very bad shape. He has never known love, warmth and only eating whatever he could find. He lived outside in a village and now his alcoholic owner wanted to kill him with a shovel because he became useless and wasnt eating anymore. A neighbour saw and rushed to help him. She contacted me for help. He was admitted to the vet clinic where they discovered that he has bone cancer. Even with amputation surgery, his chances would be very poor. So I decided to bring him home and offer him paleative care. Good food, he loves to eat, pain control, a warm bed and a little love. The moment he deteriorates we will end his suffering but I want him to leave this world knowing that he didnt lived in vain. He is loved.
