When you rescue abused animals, you must provide a safe area where no one can harm them again, a shelter that protects them from the cold, rain and sun. Build pipes so they can drink clean water and an electrical installation in case you have to take care of them at night, or keep them warm. Al mismo tiempo gestionamos adopciones de gatos rescatados, abandonados o que pierden su familia, así como ayuda a gatos heridos (carcinoma, atropellos, quemaduras..) Gatos sin hogar GC gestiona 4 colonias callejeras en la ciudad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, todas ellas registradas por el Ilustrísimo Ayuntamiento de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Nuestra labor consiste en alimentar a los gatitos que forman parte de estas colonias, proporcionarles los cuidades básicos, y hacer un control de la población mediante castraciones y adopciones.

Marramiau is a feral cat colony located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and our mission is to help all those cats that are living in the streets in a situation of abandonment. Our work mainly focusses on the following steps: we rescue them, we sterilize and deworm them, feed them and, whenever possible, we provide them a loving home.
