Esta asociación fue fundada en el año 2007 y registrada oficialmente a finales del 2008. Recibe el nombre de un gran pintor murciano, ya fallecido, pero que durante toda su vida profesó un profundo amor y respeto por los animales. Gracias a grandes dosis de ilusión y esfuerzo, se logró adecuar un solar que nos prestaron para poder atender convenientemente a los animales que necesitaran un techo, aunque estamos muy lejos de alcanzar esa comodidad ideal. Santuario Vegan was born in 2011 with the purpose that we work for every day of the year: saving and protecting farmed animals. Thanks to your support, more than 300 residents: horses, donkeys, cows, bulls, sheep, goats, pigs and poultry were saved from a certain death.
