Somos Torrox Animal International League (TAIL), una organización benéfica / refugio local ubicada en Torrox, Málaga. Nuestros objetivos son rescatar y encontrar nuevos hogares para perros abandonados y maltratados y trabajar para educar a la comunidad local sobre el cuidado y la esterilización de perros. Seit Jahren ist Carmen im Tierschutz tätig. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Ursachenbekämpfung der miserablen Situation der Tiere in Spanien. Immer mehr kam sie zu der Überzeugung, dass es nicht ausreicht, sich vom Ausland aus zu engagieren. So packte sie Anfang 2014 ihr gesamtes Hab & Gut und wanderte nach Sevilla, Spanien aus, um vor Ort ein eigenes Tierheim, Asociación Parenas ES, zu eröffnen. Sie arbeitet Tag für Tag mit vollem Einsatz für all die in Not geratenen Tiere.

Funds raised will go directly to neutering and caring for the street cats of Canillas de Aceituno, a little village in the Axarquia region of Spain. With a small team I have neutered more than 500 cats over the past eight years. Without neutering, female cats are exhausted by continual pregnancies and the majority of the kittens do not survive to adulthood. Entire males receive injuries fighting, often losing an eye. Your support of this cause will help to prevent loss of life and suffering.
