Wir haben eine große Herausforderung: ein spezielles Zentrum zur Behandlung von Krebs im Kindesalter zu schaffen. Unser Ziel ist es, die Heilungschancen zu erhöhen und eine ganzheitliche und persönliche Betreuung zu bieten, die niemanden aus finanziellen Gründen ausschließt. Das Zentrum wird jedes Jahr 400 neue Kinder aufnehmen und soll u.a. über 40 Zimmer 8 TPH-Kameras und 20 externe Konsultationen anbieten. Wir hoffen, dass es im 2019 Realität wird - wir brauchen die Hilfe aller.

You, Teamers, supported the creation of the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona, which opened in June 2022. Room 219 is the Teaming room, to thank you for your help. This was the beginning of the journey and we thank you for continuing to walk alongside us. Since then, as we have done in previous donations, all the money we raise goes to the precision oncology programme. In this programme we design a therapeutic plan for patients with tumours that are resistant to conventional treatments, with very limited curative options with standard management. This plan is based on genetic information generated from the molecular study of the tumour at the time of relapse or progression, in order to provide a more effective and selective treatment for tumour cells, tailored to each patient. With every €10,000, we will be able to fund this programme for 3 children. This is the third donation for this programme of this amount, so THANK YOU!
