Alba is an inteligent funny and amusing girl. Although we well could say “was”, as a terrible tragic accident happened on fateful march 21st 2016. A relative, who was in a shock due to an epileptic attack, let Alba fall from a third floor. Alba saved her life, but a strong brain damage remains on her. Now, we have a long neurorehabilitation process left ahead to see how much she can recover and become herself again a bit. Help us!

Non-profit animal protection association dedicated to the rescue and care of dogs and cats mostly abandoned or retired from hunting, in addition to providing veterinary care. We also defend animal rights and denounce the bad acts against them. In these moments, building our animal shelter, since we work with shelters. Calatrava en Acción is a non profit animal association which was created due to the necesity of taking care of abandoned animals in the Torralba and Carrion de Calatrava, Ciudad Real (Spain). We work in order to change the terrible destiny of these animals and to give them a new chance of life, starting with veterinary assistance and finishing with responsable adoptions which could give them the care and love they really deserve.

GAB is an association that fights against the mistreatment and abandonment of the Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz. This breed is used for hunting and when they are "no longer useful" they are abandoned. It is the same problem as with galgos and podencos, except that the bodegueros are not such a well known breed. The money raised goes directly to pay for the dogs' homes, which cost 100 euros per month per dog, plus countless veterinary expenses. Every euro counts to keep saving dogs.
