We are health clowns in Asturias. For years we have been filling corridors and rooms with color, play and joy in the paediatrics wards of the HUCA. We visit the Cruz Roja Gijón weekly, animating corridors and staff and intervening in the rehabilitation and palliative care plants for adults. On the other hand, every week we visit the Naranco residential establishment for the elderly and we have implemented a show of sensory stimulation through clowning for special education centers in Asturias.

Scleroderma is a rare, autoimmune disease whose cause is unknown. It occurs when the immune system attacks your own body generating an excess of collagen that hardens the skin and even the internal organs. The Spanish Scleroderma Association's challenges are to raise awareness of the disease, to help those affected and their relatives in their day-to-day life, and to promote research, hoping that it will bring advances in treatment and finally a cure.
